How to Remove Agents/Admins from your Roster (BICs) Follow
If an agent is retiring, resigning or the Broker in Charge (BIC) would like to terminate an agent, the Broker in Charge (BIC) will need to complete a User Termination form once the agent's license is removed from the firm.
If at a later date the agent or admin wishes to rejoin the MLS they will need to pay the MLS dues based on the Schedule of Fees at the time of rejoining. They will also have to fill out all new subscriber/admin paperwork, and depending on how long they have been inactive they may need to retake the TMLS New Subscriber Orientation. There may also be fees for them to rejoin their realtor association.
