Rental Beast FAQ Follow
To access Rental Beast, go to your TMLS Dashboard at my.trianglemls.com and click on the Rental Beast Tile. You can also access Rental Beast via Paragon by clicking either the Search or Listing icon on the top navigation menu and selecting Rental Beast.
For all rental listings notated with a blue MLS icon, compensation cooperation is guaranteed. Listings without the blue MLS icon will require compensation negotiation between the agent and owner.
Professional Standards issues will follow existing protocols set by local boards.

As of January 17, 2023, you will be able to copy/clone your rental listings in Rental Beast! For instructions on how to copy/clone rental listings, please click HERE.
To set up showing instructions for a rental property in Rental Beast, click the Enable ShowingTime button on the Showing Info tab for listing input.
You can also set up showing instructions for MLS rental listings directly through ShowingTime. Please note, it may take up to 30 minutes for your listing to appear in ShowingTime.
Rental Beast is currently working to bring the map search feature to Rental Beast.
Administrative Assistants can access Rental Beast for other agents in their office using the assumed identity function in Paragon. For more information on how to set up assumed identity, please click HERE.
To schedule a showing for a rental property in Rental Beast, click the Schedule a Showing button on the right-hand side of any MLS listing.
You can also schedule appointments for MLS rental listings directly through the ShowingTime app or by accessing ShowingTime by clicking the Resources icon on the top navigation menu in Paragon. For non-MLS listing showings, please contact the Listing Agent directly
While non-MLS listings will be displayed in search results, to view additional listing data for non-MLS listings, subscribers will need to subscribe to Rental Beast Pro.
Rental listings on Rental Beast are a combination of MLS subscriber entered listings and listings gathered from various property management software and third-party vendors.
There have been no changes to how rental listings are syndicated. Rental Beast is offering additional syndication options that do require a Rental Beast Pro subscription.
Your saved searches and Collab Center searches will continue to populate with new Rental listings. However, it's recommended to switch to using the Rental Beast search and auto notifications.
We are currently working to bring Longleaf Pine MLS rental listings to Rental Beast.

Yes. You can opt out of this feature if you already have an application process in place for your rental listings. For instructions on how to opt out of the "Apply Now" feature in Rental Beast, please click HERE.
