To add documents to your listing, go to Listings on the top navigation bar and under Maintain select Listings.
Once your listings appear, go to the far right side of the table and choose Select an Action.
Select + doc to Transaction Desk.
This will open up another tab in your browser for Transaction Desk. You can now upload your documents to your listing.
Once you have uploaded your documents, you will need to select the Document Type and specify who can view the document. A Public document (MLS Agent View) is when all agents can view the document under the listing. A Private document (MLS Staff Only) is when there are documents for just Triangle MLS staff to view.
Once you have selected the document type and document visibility, click the Update button.
You have now successfully uploaded documents to your listing! You can add additional documents to your listing or close the tab and go back to Paragon.
