To subscribe to Triangle MLS, Inc. you must have an active appraiser certificate with the NC Appraisal Board and be associated with an appraisal company that is already a participant of the Triangle MLS.  You must also have a valid NRDS ID as an active REALTOR® or Non-Member of a REALTOR® Association.

The attached paperwork is required in order to subscribe.  Completed paperwork must be signed by your Designated Appraiser and emailed directly to Subscribership@TriangleMLS.com. If you would like to complete the forms electronically via DocuSign, please click here.

The fees to join are $150 per quarter, initially adjusted based on the Schedule of Fees form for the date range you submit your application.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a welcome email providing your MLS ID, password and instructions on how to access the MLS as well as a separate email from MindFlash to complete the required TMLS training online within thirty (30) days. Processing can take two (2) business days. TMLS must first be able to verify your license status, NRDS ID and have already received all completed forms and payment.
