To subscribe to Triangle MLS, Inc. you must be associated with a firm that is already a participant of the Triangle MLS.  Your North Carolina, South Carolina or Virginia real estate license must be active and affiliated with the Broker-In-Charge you are subscribing through. You must also have a valid NRDS ID as an active REALTOR® or Non-Member of a REALTOR® Association.

Before a subscriber can gain access to the TMLS system, we must have the following:

1. Triangle MLS Subscriber Agreement
2. Schedule of Fees and Payment
3. Triangle MLS SentriLock User Agreement*
4. License Activation & Broker Affiliation Form

*This form is required to have access to SentriLock lockboxes and the SentriKey Real Estate App.

Completed paperwork must be signed by your Broker-In-Charge and emailed directly to Subscribership@TriangleMLS.com. If you would like to complete the forms electronically via DocuSign, please click here.

The fees to join are $150 per quarter, initially adjusted based on the Schedule of Fees form for the date range you submit your application.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a welcome email providing your MLS ID, password and instructions on how to access the MLS as well as a separate email from MindFlash to complete the required TMLS training online within thirty (30) days. Processing can take two (2) business days. TMLS must first be able to verify your license status, NRDS ID and have already received all completed forms and payment.
