To reset your SentriLock password, open your SentriKey RE app and click Forgot Password?
It will take you to a webpage to send a password reset request. Type in your SentriKey ID and click Send Email. This will send you a password reset request to the email you have on file. (Your SentriKey ID is the same as your MLS ID.)
Click on the link in your email to reset your SentriLock password.
Enter a new password following the password requirements on the screen and click Submit.
You have now changed your SentriLock password.
