In Paragon on the top navigation bar, select Contacts then Add Contact.
Enter the contact’s name and email address, then select Save.
On the left, you will have a list of menu options, click on Buyer Activity.
Select Add Search underneath Buyer Activity and then click Add New Search.
You will then go through the same steps of a search. Select Class and input your criteria to narrow the specifics your contact is looking for and then click the Search button.
Select the green Save Search button above the toolbar.
Once you select Save, a pop-up will appear so you can name the search and Save.
Then the page is going to show you the option of Collab center. You can change that to email if you wish in the drop-down box.
Email selection will ask you to eventually send that first group of listings to the client, follow that on screen pop up, to jump start all the other automation emails that will go.
Collab center click Options and you complete the notification box provided.
Click OK in the top right then the final step will be the Send the Welcome Message.
An EMAIL Option in that Automatic Notifications box then click where the Settings box is will bring you to your Email options box as well. THEN you would get a prompt on screen (green box to right corner) to send the list of listings your search found to jump start the others.
