Can I Cross List My Listing? Follow
In the majority of cases, properties may only be entered into one listing class at a time. This is to avoid duplicate listings that will skew statistics and impact comps. Please refer to the chart below for scenarios when cross posting listings is permitted. If a listing is posted in multiple classes, the MLS number for the other listing must be referenced in the Agent Remarks.
Property Class Definitions
RESIDENTIAL: Consists of single family, townhome, manufactured, and condominium listings. Dwellings are or can be heated (HVAC is in place).
MULTI FAMILY: Dwellings that support multiple families living in the same building that is not apartments. Examples include Duplex, Triplex, and Quadplex properties.
COMMERCIAL IMPROVED: Properties that are zoned commercial that have improvements on the land.
COMMERCIAL UNIMPROVED: Properties that are zoned commercial that are vacant land.
RESIDENTIAL RENTAL: Consists of single family, townhome, manufactured, and condominium listings that are available for rent.
LAND: Vacant land that does not have a heated dwelling on the property.
