Can I Cross List My Listing? Follow
In the majority of cases, properties may only be entered into one listing class at a time. This is to avoid duplicate listings that will skew statistics and impact comps. Please refer to the chart below for scenarios when cross-posting listings are permitted.
Property Class Definitions
RESIDENTIAL (RE): Consists of single-family, townhome, manufactured, and condominium listings. Dwellings are or can be heated (HVAC is in place).
MULTI-FAMILY (MF): Dwellings that support multiple families living in the same building that is not apartments. Examples include Duplex, Triplex, and Quadplex properties.
LAND (LN): Vacant land that does not have a heated dwelling on the property.
COMMERCIAL IMPROVED (CI): Properties that are zoned commercial that have improvements on the land.
COMMERCIAL UNIMPROVED (CU): Properties that are zoned commercial that are vacant land.
RESIDENTIAL RENTAL (RT): Consists of single-family, townhome, manufactured, and condominium listings that are available for rent.
