Starting on the Paragon homepage, go to the Resources icon on the top navigation bar and select ShowingTime.
Once in ShowingTime, you're going to navigate to your Listings on the left hand navigation bar.
Select the listing you wish to edit.
Showing Restrictions can be created and managed in two places on the Listing Worksheet. The first being under the Appointment Restrictions section towards the middle of the webpage, which will display in a list view.
Or on the Showing Restrictions tab at the top of the webpage, which will be organized in a calendar view, allowing you to dynamically see restrictions set in place by day, week, or month.
Using either method click the Add New Showing Restriction button. Enter in a Restriction Reason*. Then choose the duration of your showing restriction, Timed or All-day. Then choose the showing restriction date duration, One-time or Repeating. If a Repeating restriction has been chosen, select the day(s) for which the showing restriction will apply. Finally, click the Save Showing Restriction button to apply your rule.
*Note: Agents who try to schedule an appointment during a blocked time will be informed of the reason why they cannot schedule their appointment.
