It is important for an office manager or broker-in-charge to be able to see all outstanding orders for the agents of their office, especially at the end of Triangle MLS billing cycles when offices are in jeopardy of being suspended for non-payment of MLS fees.

The Broker-In-Charge can access their member portal online at https://tmlsportal.ramcoams.net for a current list of unpaid subscribers by clicking on "Pay Agent Orders" in the gray box with your office information. It will bring up any unpaid orders and you can make the payment or contact the agent to remind them to make their own payment.
