Before an Unlicensed Administrative Assistant can gain access to the TMLS system, we must have the following:

1. Triangle MLS Subscriber Agreement
   This form must be signed by the administrative assistant and the Broker-in-charge. 
2. Administrative Assistant Authorization Form 
3. Schedule of Fees and Payment
   Please include your method of payment on this form.

Completed paperwork must be signed by your Broker-In-Charge and emailed directly to support@TriangleMLS.com. If you would like to complete the forms electronically via DocuSign, please email a request with the assistant's full name and email address and the BIC's full name and email address to support@TriangleMLS.com with the subject line DocuSign for Admin Assistant.

The fees to join Triangle MLS as an Unlicensed Administrative Assistant is $45 per quarter, initially adjusted based on the Schedule of Fees form for the date range you submit your application.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a welcome email providing your MLS ID, password and instructions on how to access the MLS as well as a separate email from Trakstar to complete the required TMLS training online within thirty (30) days.

Processing can take up to two (2) business days once TMLS has received all completed forms and payment.
