In Paragon click on Preferences on the top navigation menu then select System.
Then click on Result Options on the left-hand menu, scroll down and make sure the number under "PHONE" is correct (if not, please select the correct number from the drop-down), and check the box next to "Display this phone number in reports that contain the agent name". Then click Save.
