Paragon: How to use Autofill from Public Records in Listing Input Follow
Autofill from public records allows you to import datapoints from county records making the listing entry process faster. Though public records in general are reliable, you should pay close attention to the data populated. Please follow the instructions below or with the video to complete this easy process!
In Paragon, go to Listings on the top navigation bar and under Add Listing select the listing class of your new listing.
On the Listing Input toolbar, click AutoFill.
Then select CRS Data Tax AutoFill.
In the County field, enter the County AND a value for one of the following fields: Tax Id, Street Number, Street Name, Owner First Name or Last Name. Then click the Search button.
Click on the box next to the listing you wish to use autofill and click the Autofill button on the toolbar.
In the popup menu, verify the data available for autofill and add/remove fields you'd like to auto populate into your listing. Click the Save button.
All auto-populated fields will have a neon green outline. You can still edit these fields if the data has changed. Make sure to save your listings as you add or change information to ensure no data is lost.
