Thank you for your interest in becoming a registered Vendor with Triangle MLS! Registering to become an IDX Vendor with TMLS is a 3-step process that will involve both the prospective Vendor and an active Broker in Charge. The following steps will need to be completed before you can be approved as a TMLS Vendor:

1. A Broker in Charge of an Office that is active with the TriangleMLS must first request your services. They will need to complete the following steps to request your services: TMLS New Vendor Request

  Please Note: This step must be completed before you can be approved. If TMLS does not receive a New Vendor Request from the Broker in Charge, we will be unable to approve your Vendor status.

2. After the Broker in Charge requests your services, you will then need access to the Bridge Interactive platform. If you currently have a Bridge account, you can request data access from TMLS using the same credentials. To request TMLS Data Access, click on "Request Data Access", scroll down the page and find Triangle MLS then click "Apply"

If you do not have a Bridge Interactive account, TMLS will need to send you an invitation to the platform. In order to send a Bridge invitation, you will need to provide a valid email address for TMLS to use for the account. After receiving the invitation from TMLS, you will then need to create an account in the Bridge Interactive platform. 

Please Note: Access to the Bridge platform will need to be initiated by TMLS. The prospective Vendor must provide TMLS with a valid email address so we can send the initial invitation.

3. Before data access can be granted, you will need to complete the Data Agreement associated with the account. During this step, you will also need to pay the associated data fees. There is a $500 setup fee, and $300 per quarter fee for each feed type. After the Data Agreement has been signed and the fees have been paid, TMLS will be able to approve your Vendor status. Once all steps have been completed, you will receive an email confirmation that you have been approved as a Vendor. You will also receive a welcome letter that will include the Data Feed Rules, TMLS logos, and instructions on how to have your clients register their websites with you.

  Please Note: Access to TMLS data cannot be granted until the data agreement has been completed and the data fees have been paid.
