Can I opt-out of IDX? Follow
IDX participation is managed at the Firm/Office level and only the Broker in Charge can opt-in/out or change preferences.
1. The Broker in Charge will first need to visit: my.trianglemls.com/home and log in using their Paragon Username and Paragon Password:
2. After logging in to the Triangle MLS Dashboard, the Broker in Charge will then need to click on the "Bridge Interactive" icon:
3. After clicking the "Bridge Interactive" icon from the previous step, you will be directed to the Bridge Interactive Platform. You will then need to read through the terms and click "Agree"
4. After clicking "Agree" from the previous step, you will enter your Bridge Interactive account. In order to opt-out of IDX, you will then need to click on the green "Create New Agreement" button
5. After clicking the "Create New Agreement" button from the previous step, you will then need to scroll to the bottom of the page and find the section titled "IDX Opt-Out". Next, click on the green "Create Agreement" button to start the opt-out process.
6. After clicking the "Create Agreement" button from the previous step, you will be directed to the IDX Opt-Out Agreement. You will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Next" button.
7. After clicking the "Next" button from the previous step, you will be directed to the next page of the IDX Opt-Out Agreement. You will need to read through the agreement, click on "Agree", and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Next" button.
8. After clicking the "Next" button from the previous step, you will be directed to the final page of the IDX Opt-Out Agreement. In order to complete the IDX Opt-Out Agreement, you will need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the green "Execute Agreement" button.
After clicking on the "Execute Agreement" button, this completes the process for Opting-Out of IDX.
Please Note: If you choose not to participate in IDX, this means that you are refusing to permit the display of your Office's listings on a blanket basis. If a Participant refuses on a blanket basis to permit the display of that Participant’s listings, that Participant may not download, frame or display the aggregated MLS data of other Participants.
In other words, if you prohibit the display of your listings by other Participants, you may not display their listings pursuant to the IDX program. Other Participants may give you permission to display their listings, but that permission would have to be sought and obtained separately from each Participant, outside the MLS.
